John Cena Says Roman Reigns is Superior to The Rock
In a recent interview with Club Shay Shay, John Cena, who is making a series of media appearances as part of his 2025 farewell tour, addressed a number of interesting topics. One of the topics discussed was the comparison between Roman Reigns and The Rock, two fighters who could face each other in the next editions of WrestleMania.
Cena, who is a 16-time World Champion, like Ric Flair, expressed his opinion on Reigns and Rock. “The Rock would be second best of all time because he already reached that position in the 90s. Although in my mind he will always be number one, Roman’s numbers have been better than Dwayne’s,” Cena declared.

In recent years, Cena has had memorable moments with both fighters. The most notable occurred during the final moments of WrestleMania XL, when Rock attacked Cena after he attacked Solo Sikoa.
There is speculation that Cena may have some type of interaction with Rock and Reigns in 2025. However, other ideas are also being considered for the fights that the former world champion will have throughout the year.
